Buweekula Ssaza Football Club holds the host Kyaggwe Ssaza Football Club at half-time in the Masaza Cup 2024 Semi Finals at Bishop’s Playgrounds in Mukono District.
Buweekula FC had an early lead when forward Asiimwe Harbert alias Camavinga headed into the net from Aniku Fahad’s well-taken corner kick in the second minute of play.
In the 18th minute, Nyarimo Stephen sent the cloud bouncing and dancing when he leveled for Kyaggwe.
The entertaining first half had both teams creating chances with Benjamin Amuru’s effort shaved by the Keeper off the crossbar into the corner kick that was yieldless for Buwekula.
Kyaggwe launched several attacks on Buwekula’s goal, unfortunately, many went wide.
In Wankulukuku, Kyaddondo are still level with Buddu 1-1 in the much-anticipated encounter played on neutral ground.
Kyaddondo and Buddu’s kickoff was delayed due to heavy rains.
