Buweekula to Play Kyaggwe on Easter Sunday at Kasenyi Playground

Buweekula Ssaza FC will have a chance to defeat Kyaggwe for the first time in history after failing to bag a win in the previous three meetings at home.
The ‘Nakayoma boys’ will face Kyaggwe away at Bishops Playground in Mukono this Sunday, April 13, 2025, and later host them on April 20, 2025, Easter Sunday, at Kasenyi Playground, Mubende Town in a return leg of “Save Aniku Abdul Sharif” charity match.
Aniku Abdul Sharif is a son to Buweekula Ssaza FC defender Aniku Fahad. The two-month-old Aniku Abdul Sharif is battling for his life with a hole in his heart. His parents cannot afford the medical costs, and his only hope lies in the kindness of those who can help.
This is a match beyond a charity game as Buweekula will be looking forward to revenge against the Bakunja, who ruined their chances to play in the 2024 final.
If Buweekula fails to win in these double header, Kyaggwe would brag about their record of going eight games without a loss playing the Mubende based Ssaza.
Head to Head
Kyaggwe have won only once against Buweekula. Their maiden win came last year in August when they won 2 – 1 at home.
Buweekula and Kyaggwe have drawn 5 times in the previous 6 meetings. 1 – 1 in July 2023, 1 – 1 in August 2023, 1 – 1 in July 2024, groups stage and 0 – 0 in August 2024, and 0 – 0 draw in the semi-finals last year.
A total of 9 goals scored, Kyaggwe 5, Buweekula 4.
