As we earlier exclusively reported, Bwale Tom is the new team manager for Buweekula Ssaza Football Club for the 2025 season.
Buweekula Ssaza Ssabavubuka who is advancing his passion for football into Masaza Cup is secretly doing his best to find the Ssaza team in the right position in this year’s much anticipated season.
After his secret appointment, Mr. Bwale is on a search to find coach Felix Ssekabuuza Kawooya Ssalongo’s replacement. Felix guided Buweekula to finish 3rd in last year’s Masaza Cup season.
Mubende Post understands that, during a charity game that happened on Sunday, February 23, 2025, at Kasenyi Playground in Mubende where Buweekula defeated Buddu 3-0, Bwale Tom approached Coach Simon ‘Dunga’ Ddungu and tabled an offer worth millions to have him as Buweekula Ssaza Fc coach for 2025.
Unfortunately, his attempt failed after the Masaza Cup winning coach with Buddu revealed that he had already signed with Gomba Ssaza FC for the 2025 season.
“I appreciate your interest. However, it’s unfortunate that I already signed with Gomba. Sorry, I won’t be able to work with you,” Simon Ddunga told Bwale Tom.
This leaves Bwale Tom who believes Felix is not worth to be retained at Buweekula in the market hunting for the former finalist’s replacement.
The Masaza Cup 2025 season will kick off on July 5, 2025, in Buddu.
